Publisher Success Manager is a high-impact role for the Digital Matter to maintain existing Publishers’ business, where your achievements will be measured by the growth of happy Publishers. In this position, you will be responsible for growing our existing Publishers by offering various optimizations, analysing performance, sharing insights and building a close relationship with your Publishers.
Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day communication (emails, calls, business trips / live meetings) and consult
- Maintain and grow Publishers portfolio
- Cooperate with internal teams
- Work with Analytic platforms to maintain and improve Publishers’ performance
- Proactively identify and implement optimizations and improvements for Publisher’s setup
- Keep up to date and supervise CRM data - status, opportunities, tasks, etc.
You will gain experience
- Understanding ad creative formats, ad slots, pricing, ad metrics, various analytics, and data management platforms
- Finding the best solutions to monetize a website
- Operating analytical platforms (Google Ad Manager, Piano, Google Analytics and others)
- Operating data management systems
- Building a strong relationship with businesses and creating your own network
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of experience working with online advertising, sales, marketing, media agency
- Account management experience
- Ability to deliver positive results for customers by understanding business/personal needs and building strong relationships
- “Can do” and “hands-on” approach
- Strong data analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
Nice to have
- Experience in the local online display ad market
- Negotiation skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Google Ad Manager
