Junior Ad Operations Specialist is an entry-level position designed for candidates who are beginning their career in digital marketing. This role provides a strong foundation in digital advertising and hands-on experience with industry-leading tools. You will learn how to use Google Ad Manager and other ad-tech platforms to support the launch, administration, and optimization of advertising campaigns, while gradually building expertise in programmatic advertising and auction mechanics.
Responsibilities
- Administrating digital ad campaigns
- Accomplishing daily system maintenance tasks
- Close work with Planning, Publisher and Development teams
You will gain experience in:
- Understanding ad creative formats, ad slots, campaign setup processes, and key ad metrics and terminology used in digital marketing
- Operating ad serving and programmatic auction platforms (Google Ad Manager, Piano, Adform, DV360)
- Gaining fundamental knowledge of HTML and JavaScript
- Contributing to a positive customer experience and effective teamwork
- Communicating with other teams and understanding the specifics of closely related fields
Requirements
- Eager to learn fast and a proactive approach to work
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good written and spoken English language skills
Nice to have
- Work experience or studies in Marketing or the IT field
- Good organizational skills
- Basic marketing knowledge is a plus
