Business Development Manager is a high-impact role for the Digital Matter new business, where your achievements will be measured by a number of new and happy Publishers onboard. In this position, you will be in the driver's seat to grow our new market while bringing a positive impact with our professional services. You will have the freedom to try different sales strategies, and methods by approaching your future clients.
- Managing organizational expansion by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls
- Meeting planned sales goals
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
- Generating, collecting, and approaching leads
- Promoting the organization, products, and services
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
- 1+ year of experience in working with online media or advertising, sales, marketing, media agency
- Having excellent written and spoken English language skills, Italian or Spanish - would be a huge benefit
- Ability to work independently
- Desire to create success stories
- Gross salary starting from EUR 1800 based on your experience and bonus based on Performance and Results with Sales for new Publishers
